For nearly two decades, we have worked with professionals in a variety of industries to develop and facilitate educational opportunities for multiple audiences, from small teams to groups of several hundred learners. Our approach is grounded in adult learning theory and global competencies. Our development experiences are tailored to the needs of each community of learners, and embedded formative assessments enable us to nimbly adjust professional development throughout the process for relevance and depth.

Learning for Transformation
Our approach to equity collaboration is one of effective and careful differentiation. There is no "one size fits all" package for learning and implementing meaningful equity focused practice. Rather, effective outcomes for communities are built upon core principles including relational trust, storytelling, active listening, and a deep understanding of the neuroscience of unconscious bias. We cannot simply "train our way" to equity. Our approach combines authentic internal reflection of lived experience with data-driven systems thinking, and restorative practice. Additionally, we are Qualified Administrators of the 'Intercultural Development Inventory' (IDI) assessment.

We are profoundly indebted to indigenous communities for their teachings about the role and transformative power of restorative practices. Restorative practices values are grounded in interconnectedness and a goal to build, repair, and maintain balance in communities.
